Other shop owners are trying to figure out if Printer's Plan is right for them. They don't want a sales pitch—they want to know what it's actually like to use every day. Does it do what it promises? Is support responsive? Was it a pain to set up? Would you buy it again? That's the stuff that matters.

We're looking for real depth here—not just "it's great" or "it sucks." Tell us about your implementation experience, what works well, what drives you nuts, how support handles issues, whether it's worth the price. Your detailed review could save another shop owner months of headaches and thousands of dollars on the wrong system.
